The staff was consistently attentive. The breakfast buffet offered numerous options. The pools were clean and spacious. I appreciated the availability of loungers. The gardens were well-kept.

The hotel is situated alongside several other international hotels. Walking and cycling tracks run alongside the beach. This was beautiful. A well-stocked shopping center with many shops is a few hundred meters away.

The breakfast included options for many tastes. Ikan Bar provides great cocktails. Prego, the Italian restaurant, offers excellent food. The chef visited our table. Room service was prompt.

The room included comfortable beds. The room service was quick. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The air conditioning worked efficiently though the control were sometimes tricky.

Excellent Bali Stay

The breakfast had a massive variety of options. I enjoyed the Japanese restaurant and its great service and quality. I cycled around the grounds. The pool is nice too it could use more kids slides. Staff members are very kind and helpful here I must say.

The checkin experience needs improvement it was disappointing. The associate gave no information about the hotel. Checkin was late at 345 pm.

The hotel had a fantastic beachfront location so close to the sand. It features fine ocean views which I really appreciate. There are long walks along the paved path on the beach I enjoyed that a lot.
